  • How can I identify a specific part number for one of the items on my Fontaine trailer?

    From the homepage, enter the last 5 digits of your VIN# into the search field located in the upper right hand corner of the page and click enter. A list will populate with the part number to each item on your trailer. From this list you may then add any one of these items to your shopping cart for purchase.

  • What if a certain part number isn’t listed and I am certain it’s on my trailer or it’s something I wish to add?

    You may then, go to the Request for Quote page and enter the last 8 digits of your VIN# along with the part # you’re in need of or a description of the part. A Fontaine PartSource sales rep. will then receive your message and be back in contact with you.

  • I need some parts for my trailer but it isn’t a Fontaine trailer. Do you sell items other than Fontaine proprietary parts?

    Yes. Fontaine PartSource sells a wide variety of “Genuine OEM” parts for many different makes and models. Trusted brands such as Hendrickson, Hutch, Sealco, Grote, Webb Wheel, Ancra, Kinedyne, Jost and more are available and in stock. E-mail sales@fontainepartsource.com for a quote.

  • How do I locate my nearest Fontaine Advantage Dealer?

    Fontaine PartSource has Advantage Dealers located throughout the continental United States and Canada. You can view these locations on the Where to Buy page. Just click the state you reside in for a listing of each location. If you find that your state has no dealer, E-mail us for more information.

  • How do I get an invoice for my purchase?

    Contact a Fontaine PartSource Sales rep by E-mail and we can provide you with an invoice via e-mail or fax.

  • Where are you located and what are your hours of operation?

    Fontaine PartSource is located at 430 Letson Road, Haleyville, AL 35565. Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm – Central Time Zone.

  • How do I set up an account with Fontaine PartSource?

    If you’re interested in becoming a Fontaine PartSource Advantage Dealer, please send an email request to sales@fontainepartsource.com.

  • How do you normally ship my items?

    Small packages will be shipped via UPS with larger items being shipped LTL carrier. Customer pick-up is available and we will load your trailer with adequate notice.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    No, currently Fontaine PartSource is only authorized to ship parts within the Continental United States and Canada.

  • What’s the best way to identify my trailer model?

    Check the left front side of your trailer for the Mfr.’s VIN plate. For a Fontaine we can usually identify the trailer in our system with the last 8 digits of the Vehicle Identification Number “VIN”.

  • What if my trailer does not have a VIN plate?

    Identification markings may be located somewhere else on your trailer. It is best that you contact us at sales@fontainepartsource.com so that we can help you locate other identification markings.
